1. Scope of Service

HighSight provides satellite, radar, lightning, and related weather imagery and APIs for general mapping, visualisation, and software integration purposes. Availability, coverage, latency, historical depth, and feature sets may change from time to time.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the service only in accordance with these terms, your subscription or plan limits, and applicable law. Unless expressly permitted by SkySight Weather Pty Ltd, you must not resell the service, scrape it, bulk-download it, or place caching proxies or CDNs in front of tile endpoints.

3. Aviation Use Requires Prior Agreement

You must not use, and must not permit any third party to use, the service for aviation applications unless expressly authorized under a prior written agreement with SkySight Weather Pty Ltd. This includes flight planning, pre-flight briefing, in-flight decision-making, navigation, dispatch, separation assurance, air traffic control, drone or UAS operations, and any use of the service as a primary, secondary, backup, or emergency source of weather, imagery, or situational awareness data for aircraft operations.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the service is not used in any context where delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate output could cause death, personal injury, property damage, or environmental harm. Any aviation use without that prior written agreement, or any other safety-critical use, is a material breach of these terms.

4. No Operational Reliance

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Weather and imagery data may be delayed, incomplete, degraded, or unavailable, and SkySight Weather Pty Ltd does not warrant that the service is accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any operational decision.

5. Suspension and Termination

SkySight Weather Pty Ltd may suspend or terminate access immediately if it reasonably believes the service is being used in breach of these terms, including for aviation use without a prior written agreement or for any other safety-critical application.
